Endorsements

Eric Coffman is a a solid and caring Geary County citizen that knows how to do what is best for our county and can be trusted. Eric’s work ethic and his extensive experience in law enforcement are a rare find in politics today. Eric's character and qualifications make him the only choice to run for Sheriff. Let’s not miss our opportunity to elect someone who possess what is most important, character, respect and a proven record to do the job he is running for well. I highly endorse Eric Coffman as a rare and outstanding candidate for Geary County Sheriff and pray you all show up and vote Eric Coffman for Sheriff.  — Deanna Munson
Geary County Business Owner - Munson Angus Farms, Legacy Kansas Restaurant

My name is Brad Roether, and I am endorsing Eric Coffman for Sheriff. I am not endorsing Eric for Sheriff because he is my friend, though I do consider him a friend - I am endorsing him as the Mayor of Milford. For many years I relied on communication with Eric to help or aid in issues in Northern Geary County whether that be in Milford, Milford Township or Milford Lake the then Undersheriff could be relied upon to keep the citizens of Geary County his #1 priority. For us this is not a time that needs change, we need to maintain the assurance that as always Sheriff Coffman is looking out for the citizens of Geary County. Vote for Eric Coffman for Geary County Sheriff!

Milford Mayor; Geary County Business Owner - Grandpa Boone's Cabin & Outfitters, Milford Tropics

I am Brad Scholz and have been a citizen of Junction City/Geary County for over 35 years. I managed the North Central Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Junction City for almost 30 years before retiring. Over those 30 years I had daily interactions with the Geary County Sheriff’s Office and Junction City Police Department. I can honestly say there is no better candidate than Eric Coffman for your Sheriff of Geary County. Eric is more knowledgeable and has a better understanding of Kansas Law than anyone currently in law enforcement both in the City and County. Eric is easy to approach and is not one to lose his temper or pressure people. During this election if you get a chance to talk with both candidates Eric will be the least abrasive and will not pressure you to put a sign in your yard or endorse him. Eric understands he has an ethical obligation to uphold as a Law Enforcement Officer and Sheriff candidate. Eric has been a citizen of our community for over 30 years and has a vast knowledge of issues associated with our community. Eric could have easily worked in another County making a higher salary, but he chose to stay in our community and dedicate himself to public service. When you vote on or before November 5th, don’t be pressured by the good “ole boys” and cliques in Junction City, but rather Vote Eric Coffman for Geary County Sheriff where trust, knowledge, integrity, and a commitment to our community matters the most.

Sincerely,

Brad Scholz
